Capability Analysis (3-hour Class)

One of the core tools of Six Sigma is Capability Analysis. This calculated value tells you how well your data fits within expectations or specification limits from a customer.

You can use these numbers (Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk) to convert into sigma levels, probability of failure (yield) and defective parts per million (DPPM).

During the class, we will perform capability analysis with Minitab statistical software and examples from various industries.

Upon completion of the workshop, you will have a good knowledge of how to calculate Cpk and Ppk, and how to use capability to identify ways to improve your process, and predict the success rate in the future.
