You don’t need your manager to support you in order to be more efficient and effective at work. And you don’t need anyone’s approval to apply Lean to your personal life,
We will provide training on Lean concepts, help you identify an improvement project, then help you through the project, so you can measure and share the time and cost savings.
You’ve heard the saying, “work smarter, not harder”? We provide the tools and process to get you there. Most approaches teach you how to do your tasks more quickly. We make you question the value of the task, and whether it should be done at all. If it is valuable, then we provide you with tools and techniques to make the work or personal tasks more efficient overall.

We share our takes and thoughts on a variety of topics related to process improvement (specifically Lean and Six Sigma methods), Bursts are rapid improvement activities, so this sounded like a good word to use for these short audio clips. We’ll try to keep them under 5 minutes each.
In the 2024 Lean Global Connection virtual conference, our Lean Sustainability community shared some tips and methods to help apply Lean to Green initiatives.
In my segment, I explained how Energy Treasure Hunts are a combination of gemba walks and kaizen events, with the goal to identify and reduce energy usage in a facility. This is a great approach that combines my passion for process improvement and sustainability.
The full presentation will be available in a few weeks (end of 2024), and I will post it in the Lean Six Sigma for Good podcast as soon as possible.
