Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins) – Spent 18 years implementing Lean and Six Sigma at all US manufacturing facilities

Kerry Vinegar Group – Helping setup daily management system across 9 facilities, conducted statistical analysis to compare and quantify impact of changing from manual to automated equipment. Setting up Gage R&R studies to understand differences in measurements.

Tesla – Trained supervisors and managers in 4-day Lean course and 9-day Green Belt training from 2020-2022, and provided project support for certification. Led to expansion of training at battery facility.

Balcan Plastics – Provided numerous Lean and Six Sigma training materials for Yellow Belt program
