I can assist you with hiring your next Lean and/or Six Sigma candidate.
I worked at a corporate job for 18 years, and I was involved with many resume reviews, interviews and performance evaluations of Lean and Six Sigma internal consultants. I also developed an assessment tool to help our Lean Six Sigma experts continuously improve their skills.

This service is priced for a single process improvement position, and includes reviews for up to 30 resumes and up to 10 hour-long interviews. For example, if you have an open Six Sigma Black Belt position, but you have 5 openings for that position available, it would be one price. But if you have one Six Sigma Black Belt position and 3 Lean Sensei positions open, it would be two different job positions, and you would need to pay double this price.
I can also assist with evaluating your current staff and help them come up with plans to improve, and identify skill gaps in your organization.
Pricing is for virtual assistance only. Additional cost for travel if required. Individual prices available for select services ($50 per resume or $100 per interview).
