Standard Consulting
$200 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

- Virtual meetings and training

$175 per hour is available for organizations that need ongoing support, including:
- Projects exceeding 40 consulting hours
- Multi-month improvement initiatives
- Monthly advisory retainers
- Continuous improvement deployments and oversight
- Not-for-profit organizations (nonprofits, NGOs, government and public sector agencies, B corporations and mission-driven organizations like clubs and social groups)
These engagements provide a lower hourly rate while maintaining consistent support throughout your improvement efforts.

On-Site Consulting and Teaching
$1,500 per day (up to 8 hours)

Travel expenses are billed separately when applicable. Multi-day engagements are quoted individually.
