Show off your knowledge and experience with Lean and the Toyota Production System with this eco-friendly luggage tag.
Toyota Motor Corporation Chairman Fujio Cho used this quote to describe his management philosophy in just a few short words:
“Go See, Ask Why, Show Respect”
His career started in the 1960s under the mentorship of Taiichi Ohno, a Japanese industrial engineer at Toyota, who is considered to be the father of the Toyota Production System and architect of the Lean Management philosophy.
This quote has become one of the most prominent lean management principles, and my favorite quote about process improvement. Read more about this quote here.
Cho was also a strong advocate for environmentally-friendly automotive technology. The hybrid technology and the Toyota Prius was developed while he was leading Toyota.
