Description
We offer a 12-week virtual coaching program to help you and your project team (1-3 people) implement a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project or event at your organization.
Certification provided upon completion of the following:
- Online self-paced training courses
- Attendance and participation in live coaching sesssions with Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (schedule based on your availability)
- Built for statistical software programs (Minitab, SigmaXL, JMP) and company-approved AI programs (Copilot and ChatGPT)
- Completion of a real-life improvement project
Projects typically save $10,000-25,000 which pays for the cost of the training.
Select the preferred industry you would like to attend, and we’ll coordinate schedules with you and the other participants to determine exact dates for the coaching sessions.
