Description
This workshop is based on the popular book, “The Lean Startup” by Eric Ries, along with the book “Lean Startups for Social Change” by Michel Gelobter. At the heart of the Lean Startup approach is the principles of the Toyota Production System. This approach has become very popular in software development and startup businesses and entrepreneurs. However, it can be applied to any type of improvement, to save you time, frustration and money.
Upon completion of the workshop, you will have a good understanding of the Lean Startup methodology, and can start to apply these concepts in your new business venture, a project improvement at work, developing a new product or service at your job, or with a nonprofit or social group.
Here is a shortened version of the course (1 hour), if we don’t have any sessions scheduled or you can’t attend the in-person workshop.
