Statistical analysis support for film manufacturing process engineer
Over the course of a few years, I worked with a process engineer to provide her with statistical analysis and coaching to increase her skill set as she worked on numerous variation reduction projects. Examples of analysis included:
- Assessing different supplier measurement values for the same compound property.
- Establishing specification ranges for different compound properties based on historical data.
- Reduce suppliers process variation from batch-to-batch based on compound analysis.
In addition, I was able to provide graphical and statistical analysis on a companywide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) survey to assess company performance based on employees feedback.
